Return policy 

Once completed and confirmed, the order cannot be canceled or modified. In relation to the provisions of the Directive n. 2000/31/EC and by Legislative Decree no. 70/2003, the customer has the right to request the replacement or return of the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, sending notice to Requests received after this deadline may be rejected by the seller.

The returned goods must be sent via an insured package, complete with identification number, to our warehouse in Via Forlanini 38, Osmannoro, 50019, Sesto Fiorentino (FI), with shipping costs to be paid by the sender.

The relative coordinates and complete instructions for replacement or refund will be sent by e-mail to the customer. Once the deposit is reached and the conditions of the goods are checked, a refund will be issued, automatically credited by the same means of payment used for the purchase and confirmed by e-mail to the address indicated in the order.

Requests for returns and/or reimbursement for products received from our warehouse under conditions other than the initial ones cannot be accepted: the goods must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the recipient.

In the case of defective and/or damaged products, InTempo Srl (owner of the ) assumes full responsibility. In this case, you will need to contact the customer service by email  ( indicating your order number and attaching a photo of the defective or damaged product in order to obtain a replacement or refund.

The replacements and returns of the goods purchased on must be exclusively communicated to our customer service and cannot take place at third party retailers.
