Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2013 and pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Code"), as well as of the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), dictated with regard to the protection of personal data.

This treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and user rights. The data will be collected for the purposes expressed in this statement, which will therefore be determined, explicit, legitimate, and subsequently processed in a way that is not incompatible with these purposes.

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and the GDPR, Intempo S.r.l., with registered office in via Forlanini 38, Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), "Data Controller", therefore provides the following information:

  1. 1.       Purpose of the processing

a)      The processing of data collected from the user has for purposes of execution of the order, contractual obligations, management of customers, fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations required by regulations and/or legal provisions, by Community’s law;

b)      The data may be used for market research, sending information and promotional material, marketing and advertising activities concerning the products and services of the writer;

c)       The data may be used to send questionnaires about the services/products offered.

  1. Methods of treatment
  • The processing will be carried out using automated and paper-based tools, in an appropriate, relevant and limited way to respect the purposes for which the data were processed. The subjects who will come into contact with their data will be authorized to do so by our company, in any case limited to the treatment specified therein.
  1. Obligation and optional nature of the processing and consequences of non-disclosure of data
  • The provision of data aimed at the execution of the order and execution of tax and accounting requirements is mandatory and any refusal may make it impossible to perform these purposes; the provision of data aimed at commercial activity is not mandatory and any refusal will not result in any consequence.
  1. 4.       Communication and dissemination of data
  • The data may be communicated to professionals who perform accounting and tax management activities, to banking institutions and to subjects whose right to access data is recognized by provisions of law and/or secondary legislation;
  •  The servers in which our databases are stored are located in the European Union and the data are visible, for maintenance purposes only, by technicians of the group companies in charge;
  • Personal data may be disclosed only for the aforementioned purposes, authorized processors.
  1. 5.       Preservation
  • Personal data will be stored in our archives in a form that allows identification of data subjects, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, in accordance with paragraph 1 above.
  • Our company has taken all reasonable steps to delete or correct inaccurate data in a timely manner with respect to the purposes for which it is processed.
  • Our company adopts appropriate measures to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as loss, destruction or accidental damage.
  1. 6.       Rights of the interested party
  • The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority. The interested party has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing at any time and also has the right to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning him is being processed; to obtain access to your data and the following information (purposes of processing, categories of data processed, any recipients and/or categories of recipients to whom your data have been and/or will be disclosed, the retention period); to obtain the correction of inaccurate data concerning it and/or the integration of incomplete data, also by providing an additional declaration; to obtain also the cancellation of data, in the cases provided for by art. 17 of the GDPR, as well as the limitation to treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR. The data subject also has the right to the portability of data concerning him, for the cases in which the processing is based on his consent.
